180 Toeside Stand Up Slide

To do any 180 stand up slide, you want to have almost all your weight on your front foot and the back one just pivots around it. Set up with a heelside carve, wind your arms up in the opposite direction and when you're ready, unleash and spin you body around. Make sure that when you end the slide you equalize your weight sidtribution to be able to ride away comfortably in switch. GOOD LUCK!!

Shuvit

To do a shovit it helps to be able to do a 180 pivot. You start this trick the same way as the pivot except when you get to approximately 90 degrees, you jump up and scissor kick your legs. To finish, spot the board underneath you and land it in the same direction you started in.


180 Pivot

The 180 pivot consists or spinning your body with your board 180 degrees. You start out by winding your arms back in the opposite direction you want to spin. Put all your weight on your front foot and unleash your arms to spin. After spinning the full 180 degrees, even out your weight to finish the trick and ride away in switch.
